Walk-Ins Are Always Welcome — Here's How It Works
At Fanatics, walk-ins are served in the order they arrive, as chairs open up. If you walk in and both barbers are already with clients, you'll be told roughly how long the wait is — usually somewhere between a few minutes and the length of one haircut ahead of you. If the wait doesn't work for your schedule, you're always welcome to come back later or book online for a specific time instead.
When a Walk-In Makes the Most Sense
Walk-ins are ideal when your schedule is flexible, when you're already in the area, or when you just need a quick edge-up or beard trim rather than a full service. Weekday mornings shortly after opening and mid-afternoon on weekdays tend to have the shortest waits; Saturdays, especially late morning, are our busiest window.
When Booking Ahead Makes More Sense
If you're on a tight schedule — before work, before an event, before a flight — booking a specific time removes the guesswork entirely. It's also the better option if you want a specific barber (Rosie or Mandy) and want to guarantee you'll get their chair rather than whoever's free first. Around holidays and the week of big local events, booking ahead is the safer bet since walk-in waits run longer than usual.
The Etiquette Nobody Tells You
A few unwritten rules make the walk-in system work smoothly for everyone: if you're not sure whether you're next, just ask at the front rather than assuming; if you need to step out briefly while waiting, let the front desk know so your spot isn't given away; and if you booked online but are running late, a quick call to (346) 774-2175 keeps your slot as long as realistically possible instead of it being reassigned.
What About No-Shows?
We get it — plans change. If you booked online and can't make it, canceling as early as you can (even a quick call) frees that slot for someone else and keeps things fair. Repeated no-shows on booked appointments may affect our ability to hold future online reservations, but there's never a fee — we'd just rather know so we can plan the day accurately.
Either Way, the Guarantee Still Applies
Whether you walked in five minutes ago or booked three days out, the same rule applies: If you don't love your cut — you don't pay. Period. How you got in the chair doesn't change how we stand behind the cut.
