Terms of Service

Welcome to Perfecto's Ink. By booking a session, visiting our studio, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo from our studio. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment. We do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.

2. Consultations & bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit is received. The deposit secures your time and is applied to the final price of your tattoo. Deposits may be forfeited in the case of no-shows, late cancellations, or repeated rescheduling.

3. Rescheduling & cancellations

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Your deposit may be transferred to one new appointment date. Subsequent reschedules may require a new deposit.

4. Designs & ownership

All custom designs created by our studio remain the intellectual property of Perfecto's Ink. The design is licensed to you for personal use as a tattoo on your body. We reserve the right to display tattoo photographs in our portfolio and on social media.

5. Health & safety

You must disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin conditions prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, pregnancy, or conditions that may affect safety or healing.

6. Aftercare

Aftercare instructions are provided in writing at the end of your session. Following them is your responsibility. Touch-ups required due to improper aftercare may be billed at our standard rate.

7. Touch-ups

One complimentary touch-up is offered within 60 days of the original session for areas where the tattoo did not heal as expected, except in cases of clear aftercare misuse. Additional touch-ups are billed at our standard rate.

8. Photography

Photos and short videos may be taken of completed work for our portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes. Please notify us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.

9. Limitation of liability

While we follow strict hygiene and safety protocols, tattooing carries inherent risks. By proceeding with a tattoo, you acknowledge these risks and release Perfecto's Ink from liability beyond gross negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version always applies and is posted on this page.
