Who we are

A family panaderia with the flavors of Honduras.

The case fills early: conchas, orejas, and assorted pan dulce, restocked through the day. Tres leches waits by the slice. Mornings bring croissants, quiches, fresh breads, and coffee — the everyday rhythm of a neighborhood panaderia.

What makes it Honduran is not only the sweet bread. Alongside the pastry case are home-style Honduran plates like Pollo con Tajadas, cooked fresh the way they are made back home. It is the taste of Honduras, kept honest in Houston.

“The taste of Honduras — baked and cooked fresh, seven days a week.”

We are a family bakery, part of the Honduran and Latino neighborhood we serve, open every day of the week. Popular items sell out, and the seasons bring their own baking — pan de muerto when the time comes. A little notice by phone lets us set aside a custom cake, a larger tres leches, or a party order of pan dulce.

None of this is new. The bakery has quietly built a real local following on Antoine Drive: 4.4 stars across 149 Google reviews, from regulars who keep coming back for the pan dulce, the tres leches, and a plate that tastes like home.
